Technology-Mediated Social Interaction

Understanding social interaction in digital environments

My research examines how communication technologies reshape the interpretation of social signals and alter interaction patterns. In particular, I investigate how computer-mediated communication influences creativity and how video conferencing influences communication processes compared with face-to-face interaction.
