My research examines how human interactions shape collective outcomes in groups, organizations, and society. Through research on leadership, social hierarchy, negotiation, communication, teams, and entrepreneurship, I seek to understand how people create power, collaboration, and innovation together.

My research explores how individuals and groups create influence, build relationships, and generate innovation in organizations and society.
